Virtual Keyboards
If your keyboard does not have Spanish keys (if you do not have the key for “ñ”, then you do not have it), it is possible that you will not be able to type various characters specific to the Catalan language (accents, diaeresis, etc.)
In such cases each operating system (Windows, Linux, etc.) has an option to enable the desired keys. The steps to follow are:
Windows
Go to Control Panel | Clock, language and region | Change keyboards or other inputs methods.
Click on Add a language and select the language you want (in this case Spanish).
In the application search box, you need to search for On screen keyboard.
By pressing Shift + left Alt together you can change between the languages established in the previous steps.
Linux (Ubuntu)
Launch sudo apt-get install gucharmap from Console if you do not have the program already installed.
Launch gucharmap. Aplications -> Accessories -> Character Map.
Android
Press on the desired key for a few seconds. A small menu showing characters derived from that key will appear.
OS X / iOS
Press on the desired key for a few seconds. A small menu showing characters derived from that key will appear.
As well as the section corresponding to Dictionary, the course itself has a dictionary incorporated into the content. When you are doing an exercise and see a word with the format 'PARAULA', you can press on it and the same information you would find looking the word up in the Dictionary will appear.

In the desktop version of Speakcat you will see an icon of a magnifying glass in some small images. Clicking on the image, the image will appear big.
